Tai Chi

Slow, gentle movements from traditional Chinese martial arts presented in an easy-to-learn manner.


About This Class:

Tai Chi is a series of fluid movements performed slowly, focusing on controlled breathing, balance, footwork, and focus. Norman Wilson's class will begin seated in a chair to learn the basics of the day's movements. Participants will be invited to stay seated and experience "Chair Chi" or to stand if desired to learn the day's footwork. This meditative form of movement is designed to improve balance and mobility and is accessible to all Guests.
