About This Class:
With Leesa, dance fitness is about 3 things: letting loose, having FUN while working out, and leaving everything outside of the studio behind while we take care of ourselves. Each class offers a full body dance fitness workout and ends with a stretch session. Participants can expect to perform multiple strength-based fitness movements along with moderate cardio activity. Modifications can be offered for moderate or high impact; this is not a low impact class! Major joint groups (ankles, hips, knees, and shoulders) need to safely sustain a minimum of moderate impact during this class. No dance experience is needed, and there is no need to worry messing up - as long as you’re having fun you’re doing it right!
