Welcome to the second issue of our studio newsletter, TerraGram. Thanks to everyone for the great feedback and compliments on the first issue of the newsletter, we're so glad you are enjoying it!
A couple of quick reminders:
Please check your schedule for the week or two ahead. Please look for duplicate bookings and classes you can no longer attend. Please cancel and make changes as soon as possible and remember; as long as it is more than 24 hours before the class time, you can make your own changes/cancellations through the website and/or app.
Please make sure your phone number is on your profile. We will never share any of your contact information so rest assured that we will only contact you if there is an emergency or, best of all, if you have cleared a waitlist!
Fun Stuff Coming Up:
Save the Date for Tuesday Nov 7th, a pre-holiday/no real reason/just because party at Wendy Rogan Carey's house in Ross. The time is TBD and we hope that you will join us for an evening of casual socialization and laughter!
By now you have hopefully read the awesome news that we have a Physical Therapist joining the Studio family! Check the last few blog posts for all you need to know about Rebekah Trimbach and, if there are still openings available, be sure to snag your spot for a free consultation with her at our October 5th Open House.
Socktober Returns! Yes! We will be collecting new/very gently used men's and women's socks (not children's) again in the month of October. Men's socks will be put into care packages being distributed to people experiencing homelessness in Hamilton. Stay tuned for where the women's socks are headed! Same as last year, TerraLuna will match all donations made so your donation of two pair of socks means 4 pairs of socks are provided to someone in our community!

The best way to get in touch with the Studio is:
Go into app
At bottom task bar (bottom of screen) select Chat
Select TerraLuna, LLC (not Lynelle). If you don’t see this option, go to the icon of the pencil with paper (at the top right corner) to open up Message options. Select TerraLuna, LLC Official (not Lynelle)
Following these steps gets your message straight to the desk of Business Manager Norman Wilson and ensures you the speediest possible help
The instructions I gave in our last newsletter were not 100% clear and have led to some messages being missed in Lynelle's personal chat inbox in the app (which is to say that Norman Wilson never saw them).
