Greetings Friends,
We're thrilled to introduce you to our newest Instructor, Kelly Walker. Kelly is teaching SHiNE Dance Fitness, a workout combining hit music and moves to help Guests feel confident and strong. This high-cardio class is available for all Guests of all fitness levels and combines jazz, ballet, and hip hope moves with calisthenics in a HIT format! No dance experience (or skill) needed; just a willingness to move and SHiNE!
Kelly believes that "wellness is taking the time to give back to yourself. Through exercise, food, friends anything that fills us with joy so we can go about being our best selves. Wellness looks different for everybody and sometimes looks different on any given day, but the more we put into our wellness the more we thrive!"
All you need to bring to class is plenty of water, a towel if need to dry off, and simply wear whatever you can move easily in that makes you happy.

If you think you can't dance...
have no sense of rhythm...
can't learn steps...
Kelly says that all levels are welcome! "In the long run, if you are moving your body and having fun, you have had a successful workout. I will break down steps AND I will keep a specific set of songs for a few weeks at a time and only change out a few dances every once in a while, so there is a sense of security in repetition."

Kelly's hobbies are reading, gardening and cooking. She plays piano and is a gigantic Musical Theatre nerd. She love to cook and eat and support local restaurants whose mission is yummy, wholesome food, prepared in creative ways and she looks forward to meeting you and
working up a SHiNE together!
Check out our schedule and get ready to boogie with Kelly on Monday evenings!
May you find peace in each day and joy in your body.
Blessings,
Lynelle
