Classes & Pricing: More Updates

Greetings Friend,

Re-posting this blog from a few weeks ago (with a new title & updates) so that everyone can stay on top of important news!

First, a quick review of some policies, all of which can be found on our Q&A Page aka our policy center. Please have a re-read of the Q&A's every once in a while to make sure you are up-to-date on all of the important details, particularly our Illness Policy (stay home!) and How do I contact the studio (via the app). A new addition to policy is:

The Nose Knows (strong scents/fresh air guidelines)

Out of respect for Guests with chemical sensitivities, please avoid wearing heavy perfume and/or other strong scents to the Studio as these can cause migraines/asthma/allergy attacks.

Some other new classes that we are excited to debut:

Turn & Burn, another TerraLuna original offering. This class is also Nancy's brainchild: 20-30 minutes of cycling to elevate the heart rate combined with the strength training of 20-30 minutes of Mat and/or Barre. It's the best of two worlds: shorter increments of cycling with the challenge of small-muscle targeting, high repetition work.

This low-impact class is accessible to everyone able to get up and down off the floor without assistance and able to performing standing exercise.

Tai Chi was developed by a monk who believed that one should be able to get good exercise without sweating. He developed a system of fluid movements performed slowly, focusing on controlled breathing, balance, footwork, and focus.

Norman Wilson's class will begin seated in a chair to learn the basics of the day's movements. Participants will be invited to stay seated and experience "Chair Chi" or to stand if desired to learn the day's footwork. This meditative form of movement is designed to improve balance and mobility and is accessible to all Guests.

While we still don't have a construction end date, we are proceeding with the hopes of returning to our beautifully redesigned space in late August/early September.

And we're extra excited to share a special sneak-peek of the upcoming schedule. Classes are always subject to change but here is what we're heading towards! Please note that Erin's classes are more accurately called Yoga for Strength and Yoga for Flexibility.

Lastly, some details about pricing. In order to keep things as user-friendly as possible we're keeping our pricing structure and membership options as is! Your membership purchase, whether Terra (4 classes per 30-day billing cycle), Aether (8 classes), Zodiac (12 classes) or Luna (20 classes) will gain you access to any and all classes at TerraLuna. There is no need to juggle multiple packages at different price, all billing on different dates for different services.

As we often say; easy peasy lemon squeezy (the original name of this blog post)! We appreciate you and want to provide you the best possible Guest service. We aim to make all of your interactions with the Studio, from website navigation to billing to booking and attending classes simple and stress-free.

As always, please let us know your questions, comments, and feedback and we look forward to opening our Expansion soon!

May you find peace in each day and joy in your body.

Blessings,

Lynelle
