A full body massage that utilizes light to medium pressure to relieve muscle tension. It is both relaxing and energizing.

Deep Tissue Massage

Full body or focusing on specific areas with firmer pressure; this massage targets deeper structures of muscles and fascia and is beneficial in treating chronic pain and injuries of all types.

Pregnancy Massage

Therapeutic massage that focuses on the special needs and dramatic changes of the pregnant body. This nurturing massage enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation, helps reduce sciatic nerve pain, and relieves mental and physical fatigue.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy

A gentle, noninvasive bodywork method which releases compression and corrects imbalances in the head and face, spinal column and pelvis.  “Cranio” refers to the cranium, or head, and “Sacral” refers to sacrum, or tailbone and pelvic area.

Reflexology

Bodywork that combines a foot massage with stimulation of reflex points on the foot that are associated with certain organs and body systems.

Reiki

The gentlest form of bodywork, this healing touch is perfect for clients with chronic illness, in hospice care, or those unable to tolerate the pressure of a typical massage.

Rest & Relaxation 

Have you ever received a massage that ended too quickly? Did you lay there thinking "I wish I could just stay here and nap for a while"?  At TerraLuna, you can! Enhance your self-care by adding a rest period to your treatment. There's no need to jump up and rush out. Stay on the heated massage table and bask in peaceful relaxation for a while longer.

Most Popular Option

Massage Therapy is available by appointment only in 30, 60, or 90 minute increments with pricing based solely on appointment length.

Guests are encouraged to "mix and match" treatment modalities to tailor their experience. You are welcome to receive a 60-minute session including Deep Tissue Massage plus Reflexology plus Reiki.

 

Please plan that in: 

   30 minutes I can address two or three areas such as back, neck, & scalp.

   60 minutes I can give a full-body treatment with targeted attention to one area such as shoulders.

   90 minutes I can provide a full-body treatment with extra attention to two or three areas such as glutes, back, and feet.

Twenty-four (24) hours notice is required to cancel without penalty.
