Unlike other studios which require an expensive purchase of several private introductory lessons, TerraLuna believes in letting you try before you buy.
We provide options so that you can decide what is the most comfortable and convenient way we can acquaint you with the Reformer, key concepts, and some basic terminology.
We are always here to answer your questions and provide support and encouragement so feel free to give us a call or simply stop by the studio and say hello.
Complimentary Beginner's Class
You are invited to take any Beginner's Reformer Group Class which fits into your schedule.
We welcome you into a typical 50-minute long class with more experienced movers who are ready to cheer you on and show you the ropes of a full range of Beginner's level activities.

Private Lessons
Safety is of paramount importance in each and every Pilates class and we assure you that you will safely participate in your first class.
A Group Class is a Group Class however, and the instructor will be dividing their attention among all Guests. If you would feel more comfortable having extra support and assistance as you begin your Pilates journey, Private Lessons may be a good fit for you.
Private Lessons are ideal for many Guests:

Those who have health conditions and/or movement or mobility challenges.

Those with anxiety or who otherwise prefer to eliminate distractions.

Those who wish to ensure the dedicated attention of the instructor to best focus on their specific needs and goals.

Those seeking to heal and strengthen as quickly as possibly by establishing a strong foundation of Pilates principles and techniques.
Private Lessons are also great for those returning to their practice of Pilates after a break or those from a different studio. We can review specific techniques, terminology, and cues.
